The Simplicity of Love

ree

For about 15 years I’ve been really simplifying my life.  After my first divorce I lived out a suitcase for almost 2 years.  I bought another house after that, but still kept life pretty minimal in terms of physical belongings.  Having kids can change that somewhat, but since splitting time between Mexico and Canada these past few years simplicity has reigned supreme again.

One thing I notice is that as soon as I move back into a city I can feel this energetic shift in me to want to buy things.  Stop at this store, peek in that one, maybe order some convenient things online.  The busy-ness energy begins.

I notice another interesting trend when it comes to Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique (QHHT) sessions.  People hear stories about other people’s sessions or perhaps read the books of Dolores Cannon and are often hoping out of this world connections arise for them too.  Other dimensions, planets, aliens, UFO’s a whole lot of things.  Why is it we seek this end of the spectrum?  Sure it’s absolutely fun to hear about or experience, but I think a lot of has to do with programming.  The programming we all have to expect or desire something big.  Sometimes we can over-complicate life to fill a perceived void within us as opposed to simply just being in the moment and experiencing the equanimous nature of the now.

Every QHHT session is unique and FULL of information – no matter what it may seem.  When clients come for a session, I always encourage everyone to speak their expectations if they have any…so we can set them aside and be open to whatever happens.  I also provide some really simple tips to help with that.

Here are some beautifully simple and healing session snapshots that brought profound healing and clarity to clients.

  • The Farmer’s Daughter – A client popped into a past life as a farmer’s young daughter.  Her family lived a simple farming life…chores, work, a bit of play, sleep.  Nothing ‘alien’ about it.  She grew as a young girl and then into a woman.  She lived a simple life until she later died at the farm as a grandmother to her grandkids.  What happened though was that her father died when she was a teenager, so wasn’t alive when she later married and had children. This was very difficult for her in the past life. Why was this profound?  This was part of the lessons for her in her current life, her father had passed about 5 years prior to her session.  She missed him terribly.  What she was reminded of in her session though was that he was alive when she married and even more important to her was that he was still alive when her kids were born.  This meant the world to her and the gratitude she left her session with was overflowing.  She had a newfound appreciation for the time she had with him.  A bonus was that the rash that she experienced on her face since her second child was born disappeared after the session.  It was repressed anger from the previous life in losing her dad.

  • The Unexpected Incarnation – A client found herself in a barn.  She couldn’t figure out what was happening though.  She felt like she was pressed up against a wall and was blocked from moving anywhere.  It felt like home to her.  Nothing really was happening except a warm and loving feeling.  There was hay, some smells, peaceful sounds.  Pretty uneventful as far as ‘out-of-this world’ action. Later in the session when we spoke to the Higher Self, we asked what was happening in this scene within her session.  “She was a baby duck!” it said.  She needed to feel the love of her mother in the barn.  She was pressed up against the wall and the mother duck was in from of her, keeping her warm and protecting her.  Why was this so profound?  This client in her current life had never felt nurtured her entire life.  Her relationship with her parents was difficult, and her intimate relationships echoed this as well.  Her past life experience of feeling the love and protection of the mother duck was so deeply loving and moving in her heart, she will now never forget that feeling of love.  It was always within her and will always remain.

Something that can ring common in all types of themes and in so many ways in QHHT sessions is love.  They all come back to this place within us and remind us of the thread that connects us all.
